interesting website

someone said something about students making their own projects by themselves through reading technical papers and shouldn't just go about downloading some other people's efforts
well i don't know the actual number of students who can to do that but whatever, i found this great website, loaded with technical stuff:

It's really fantastic interative website, the most important thing I've founded out in this site is the feature of audio lessons..But I don't know how to make real benefit of this site!
