I have configured the ADC on PIC16F870, there are 5 Analog pin, however I am using just one, no external refrence is programmed, Just one Analog pin the others are digital outputs.
The reference is internally taken from Vdd and Vss

With the oscilloscope I see the signal showed in the figure, and even with a DC signal this "noise" is presented

Is it normal on the ADC?
or I need some extra components in order to disappear the "noise"?

I have a resistor of 10k that goes to the RA0/AN0 pin the signal goes through the resistor before entering to the pin.

thanks
