looking for info on a chip bearing the following info:

2003
IFFKRA0235E.

I dont know the manufacturer or the part number......

It is a switching reg chip(PWM) in a 16 pin dil package, from a pc power supply made by Kobian in China.

A data sheet would be nice along with application data.........

I think this is a manufacturer code for hardening to repair. Follow the layout, maybe a TL494 clone.
 
Defo not a TL 494.......I know it too well ......... 8)
