Transistorman Member Sep 25, 2010 #1 hi my order just come yesterday i just notice that there were some parts that has no datasheet here is one part : HS-2088A/BX LED Dot Matrix **broken link removed** 1) Sizes available: 8 X 8 , 2.3" 2) Color: Red, green, yellow, blue, orange can anyone help find the same component or internal circuit ? As you're using a battery AND a resistor, it wouldn't matter is there was a short.

Yes, but a battery and resistor is MUCH more useful and helpful - it actually shows you whoch LED you're connected to. There seems little point in finding out which pins are connected to a completely unknown LED.
