Ideas on a high voltage dc power supply.

So recently I've been working with vacuum tubes again and I would rather have a dedicated high voltage dc power supply for my desk. I would like one that preferably does 0-500 volts (adjustable) and around 100mA. Any ideas on how to go about building something like this would be great. Thanks in advance -Ray
