Anyone knows the future roadmap for IC Package development?
And how many type of pin contacts material and plating are available for IC chip eg: Nikel, Gold and others. Which is better? Gold or nikel?

Thanks for the information.
However, i still can't find the information for pin contact material for IC chips like Nikel and gold. which is better? Gold? What is the usage for?
And the concern for solderability, oxidization , thermal and mechanical reliabilty for IC chips?
I can't find all these information on the website.
Pls anyone out there can advise me on that.
