i have a switch 100mbps... it has a rtl8309sb 9port lan cntroller ic integrated.. the dc-dc conveter is also present. Actually the switch is not wrking... but when i shrt the pins of dc-dc converter the switch strts-up and wrks fine.. but the problm is tht the rtl8309sb cntrller gets overheated and exceeds 75 degree centigrade.. wat to do... wat shuld i use to lower dwn the temprature
