SL3010 pdf, SL3010 description, SL3010 datasheets, SL3010 view ::: ALLDATASHEET ::: you can maybe get them there SL3010

The SL3010 is intended as a general purpose (RC-5) infrared
remote control system for use where a low voltage supply and a large
debounce time are expected. The device can generate 2048 different
commands and utilizes a keyboard with a single pole switch for each
key. The command are arranged so that 32 systems can be addressed,
each system containing 64 different commands. The keyboard
interconnection is illustrated by Fig.1.

There a datasheet for the what the op is asking but I think he has the wrong chip the SL3010 is for (RC-5) infrared
remote control system. It's 28pin chip the plain jane 3010 is a 18 pin chip made by the same people but it rs232 chip.

And you have dig to find them

This link here for a whole page of them **broken link removed**
