Hi can anyone suggest equivalent of 9622 dual line receiver or help me with it's truth table. I want to simulate its input and output.

It has Logical "0" and Logical "1" Listed on the Electrical Characteristics
DC PARAMETER Pages 4, 5, and 6

When S3 is connected to V−, open inputs cause output to be high.
When V+ = 5V, V− = −10V and
When S3 is connected to ground, open inputs cause output to be low.
