i2c dac adc voltage levels

I would like to know if the pcf 8591 adc/dac can accept and output -5 to 5V if i simply set the Vcc&Vref to +5V and Vss and AGND to -5V? the data sheet does not mention if Vss and Agnd can be below circuit zero.

Which commonly available ADC/DAC have this ability (- to + Volt)?

I don't think any commonly available ones do? - you simply scale/shift the signal to be uni-polar.

I wanted to minimize wiring with all the shifting and scaling.
moreover pcf 8591 doesn't seem to be available in any nearby stores
