I want to make a dotmatrix running message diaplay help me!

I have 2inch (5 X 7)commom cathode configuration dotmatrix led panels with me and i need a circuit which could display a running mesage on these Dotmatrix LED panel's

Such as "WELCOME" or anytext message marqueeing on these dotmatrix led panel's ....please soemone help me i would really be thankful for the support .......

what i have with me is the same part mentioned on this website
