good day..

I am an electronic enthusiast..This PIC16F84A in the LED Flasher project circuit gets my attention for our project in my class. My problem is..how to program the chip for led flasher...what are the components/parts needed to program the chip using my PC. please help me

Have you considered trying google?.

Or perhaps reading the 'sticky' at the top of this forum?.

Or even checking my website below?.
