The programmer circuit in the previous post relies on +/- 15v on the driver lines. Some RS-232 only rise and fall 8v and the following circuit will cater for these. You will need ICPROG to "burn" the chip.

We are using MPLAB Ver 7.5.

No simple JDM programmer will integrate with MPLAB. You can use MPLAB to create a hex file for use with a third party programmer.

Masoodnayaz, do you have pic burner circuit using USB port? currently i am using note book without serial port.

IMO your best bet for a USB programmer will contain a USB microcomtroller like the PICkit2 or my Junebug.
