Genuine Schematic's for E&L instruments elite 2 does anyone have one?

first time poster since i have signed up almost 4 years ago  better late then never...

so i am in the process of fixing a E&L elite 2 , i have already made an active thread on all about circuits . com, in that process i am taking some voltages and from various points on a working one i have acquired to i can fix a very broken one, the working one is not fully working some of the functions on the front do not work. but it works enough to take measurements where as the very broken one doesn't work at all, anyway i am looking for a genuine schematic from E&L for this elite 2, i know curiousmarc and ken shiff didn't some reverse engineering to fix his one, but the schema is incomplete although still extremely handy would hope for a genuine one but so far it seems to be elusive. now i have message Global specialists they have nothing on record for this elite 2 , and i emailed the library of congress i hoped. so far nothing if anyone has a true GENUINE one if you can share it, it would be great... if there isn't one i will carry on and try with what i am still doing. the

I had work at a research lab at the air force.
They had that or similar. Anyway any equipment had to have a manual and all manuals had to be available on there web site.
So if u know anyone that works at the airforce could ask them.i don't remember what the site was called but it would be under logistics.
The is a company that stores this info Hrs standards? It would be a cost involved
It will come to me later.
Or maybe not

hi that is a good shout unfortunailty I don't know anyone in the military anymore, and its been a long time since I had clearance. when i was there they did have an internal internet but it wasn't open to the general public. i am referring too the UK as i am UK based. i don't know if the USA has a different system where anyone can purchase information from them. if you can remember maybe I could look into it. maybe its an avenue to look into

People seem to think everything is available for download, however this unit long predates the internet, PDF's, and everything else - so no electronic copies probably existed.

If a paper copy was supplied with the unit, then someone 'may' have scanned it, or the other option is reverse engineering it - you already have a partially reverse engineered diagram, so carry on and produce a full diagram. Then you upload it somewhere, for others to download in the future.

some higher up decided every all labs on the base had to be flight line compliant.
Any way one the things was all manuals had to be scanned in their system
So any authorized person any base could access to the manual.
There is a private contract company that has these to.
It will come to me someday
My excuse I'm 70

which is a great idea, although not so great if its not open to the general public.

on the theory the military had these breadboards, i had the idea that the manual was more then likely sold off as a job lot somewhere to someone which would generally end up on eBay, like most stuff does in one form or another that being said, I did some searching and it seems that there is many many many schematics which has been jobbed together in large ring bound files so there is a possibility that it could be out there but there part of another book. i have checked many times for a specific manual named for E&L but not for the military. so i will go down that avenue and keep looking.
