I want circuit idea

I want to make a circuit as the following:

I'm getting a voltage which is driving SCR to conduct, In the place of SCR I want to use a counter circuit to count the voltage pulse on 2 digit 7-seg display at the same time I want to add real time clock circuit! i.e. At what time (hrs.mins & secs) the voltage pulse has come.

Plz help me in constructing this circuit.

Plz mail circuit diagram for the above.

Note: I don't want embedded ckt to be used; I want a simple ckt to construct.
