I need the software called PIC-LOGICATOR

I have seen the pic-logicaotr software on the net put it was DEMO version so i am looking for it if anyone can help me to find it (full version) or a version which i can use to download a programm on a chip and to do all the things i need with this progamm
and i am really thx all of you and specially thoose who can help me
