i need some help with a counter!!!!

guys i really need your help in order to complete one counter...
i almost have it all done...
the only thing i cant figure out is how to send the pulse to the 74ls192....

i have upload the circuit...

every suggestion or criticism is welcome...
i am new to electronics and i am stuck...
also i am already out of date...

so please hurryyyyy!!!!

It's an up/down counter. You apply the clock pulse to the UP or DOWN input, depending upon which way you want to count.

Why do you ask questions that are clearly answered in the device data sheet?
