I need diagram pds4209u-b - help

Hi in Brazil.

I have a pds4209u-b and it will power on and off.


Trying to repair ended up damaging more.... it is without Signal GATE Q 28 and Q 29 (2sk 2198) !!!


Please...help !!!!
