I Need Designs of LM741

The 741 is an obsolete, very poor excuse for an op-amp. Throw it away, and get something more modern with better specs. TL072 (TL074) or TLC2272 (TLC2274) is a better place to start. Download the data sheets. They have lots of suggested application circuits.

An LM741 is a standard type, low frequency op amp, so look up op amp circuits on Google to start.
 
What is the objective of the assignment? Just "make something?" Why is your level of knowledge of operational amplifiers? How many circuit designs have you studied? What is your interest?

i have studied op-amp only in this semester and have no such knowledge about it .... a beginner !!
