I need a remote control circuit

Does anyone have a circuit for a remote control transmitter and receiver? I have a large display clock which has 2 normally open buttons to set the minutes and hours. I would like to do this with a remote. The clock is high up the wall. (actually I am lazy!!)
Will appreciate any help.

Two channels?

If a second transmitter is built with a different frequency then a second reciever will work OK.
