I found a very nice MOSFET

I was looking for a small but nice MOSFET for one of my boards, and I came across the ON Semi NTR4501 N-channel logic level MOSFET in SOT-23 package.

Digi-Key - NTR4501NT1GOSCT-ND (ON Semiconductor - NTR4501NT1G)

It works at ridiculously low voltages (can be used in 2.5V systems) and has an Rds < 100 millohms. Also very low gate capacitance and 3A Ids max. 20V Vds max. And only thirty cents US each.

Triple the Rdson, 2x slower, and slightly higher threshold than the IRLML2402, but almost half the price.
