S Speakerguy Active Member Nov 4, 2008 #1 I was looking for a small but nice MOSFET for one of my boards, and I came across the ON Semi NTR4501 N-channel logic level MOSFET in SOT-23 package. Digi-Key - NTR4501NT1GOSCT-ND (ON Semiconductor - NTR4501NT1G) It works at ridiculously low voltages (can be used in 2.5V systems) and has an Rds < 100 millohms. Also very low gate capacitance and 3A Ids max. 20V Vds max. And only thirty cents US each.
