How to measure the voltage???

This is 71.4v 5a ev charger
How to measure the votage??
Charger work only when connect the battery

Why do you want to measure the voltage? - it's whatever the batteries need at the specific time.

Generally, chargers usually use constant current, and then switch to constant voltage and start dropping the current - dependng on battery type.
 
The battery charger cutt off when battery voltage reaches 61v
Anyone know how to check the voltage ( to confirm battery voltage is 71.4)
