Agilent is a great source for tutorials on how to measure things. Measuring the impedance of a simple passive component at high frequencies is not a trivial thing, so some background is needed to understand how to do it and where you can go wrong.
This reference is an online app note rather than a book, but I thought this link needed a good home, so here it is:
https://www.electro-tech-online.com/custompdfs/2009/08/5950-3000.pdf
The app note is not limited to RF frequencies, but also discusses audio frequency measurements relating to tranformers, batteries, and some other active and passive components.
