how to make a 200 uH inductor coil for AM TRANSMITTER?

good day to all!!

can you please help me on how to make a 200uH inductor coil for AM transmitter..this inductor is for the tank circuit of the oscillator I guess..and i dont know the power rating...i will just attach the circuit maybe this would help..thanks a lot!!!
