How to Join Generator plug outlets for higher capacity

Maybe I'm missing something, on the schematic both output sockets are paralled, so you'll be able to drag all the gen's power capacity through one socket, so long as the socket will take it.
r.e. paralleling welders, when I was stuck a while back and wanted a bit more juice I paralled an ac welder with a dc welder, the o/p of the ac was half wave rectified, the whole setup was jury rigged to say the least.
