how to identify the circuits basic layout 4rm electron microscopic view?

Yeah, good luck with that =O You'd need someone that has a lot of knowledge about semi-conductor manufactoring methods and a broad spectrum of familiarity with analog and digital logic circuits. Basically a lot of experiance.

ok...i know..but does anyone have a case study on reverse engineering of a die?
