How to estimate a ball-park EMI mains filter design?

I have this 5W LED project, gets power from a 12VAC, 60Hz transformer.

I wonder if EMI filter is required under this situation if not pulling power directly offline? Maybe the transformer inductance will help?

If so, are there some ball-park common mode choke, earth cap, hot-neutral cap values that you may suggest to start with? This should comply with FCC47CFR consumer emission standard.

I don't see anything in your circuit that would generate significant EMI. What EMI are you concerned about?
