By measuring the current.
One amp is equivalent to one coulomb per second; one coulomb is defined as 6.2415 x 10^18 electrons.

eg. At one microamp, there would be a flow of 6.2415 x 10^12 electrons per second.
At one picoamp, just 6,241,500 per second!

Hello sir
how to count holes Coulomb, unit of electric charge
how to count electron without coloum scientist

Hello sir
how to count holes Coulomb, unit of electric charge
how to count electron without coloum scientist
????

Current = number of electrons per second. The coulomb unit is just what connects current (amps) to number of electrons per second.

I have provided the literal numbers in the answer.

Hello sir
How to count electron holes with out coulomb scientist because scientist take lot of money can we take lot of monery to count electrons

Charles-Augustin de Coulomb invention
It is not an "invention", a machine or device, it is one of the basic numerical constants of science, named after a person as are many others.

Do you not want to use any of these because they are named after people?

Amps: André-Marie Ampère
Volts: Alessandro Giuseppe Antonio Anastasio Volta
Watts: James Watt
Ohms: Georg Ohm
Joules: James Prescott Joule

etc.

I think you need to re-state the original question so we can understand what you are really trying to do, as so far it makes no sense, sorry.
