How rubbish is your 'scope.

Mines like yours jim 1mr and 20pf inputs, no logic analyser, but it does have a sig gen, all in all its quite good for 100 notes, nice for finding cam and crank sensor faults on vehicles, and works well with a toughbook.
Some of the earlier usb ones were naff.
I just got yesterday a saleae logic analyser, I expected it to be naff but risked it for a fiver, and its actually really good, runs fine at 25ms/s, and it decodes several comms protocols, v nice, thi smight be good for checking digital cam and crank signals, and also abs wheel speed sensors.
