Please help i have no idea how to do this....

Anyone could help with a circuit diagram or something

Thanx

what kind of counter??
The 7490 is a decade counter itslef. You may use it for counting, with no other IC. as soon as you only need a 0 to 9 counting, or 0 to 99 using two of them in cascade. Also you may configure it for counting up to 3, or 4, or whatever using its set/reset inputs...

Maybe if you give me some details, I can help.
