How do I separate AC and DC signals from phone line to go to 2 circuits

Latest update to schematic. Have tried to minimise the loading of the phone line, replaced large 2.2uf/400v cap for 0.1uf/400v. Both the ring detector and off hook detector have a certain symmetry, they are very similar. Use of 10v zener and voltage divider to get new knee point.

Can you post a copy we can see without the simulator?
 
A telephone line in North America rings with 20Hz, not 60Hz.
Hold both wires of a ringing telephone line in only one hand to feel it shake your arm.

A neon bulb begins to light with about 60V or 70V, not 48V. The telephone line rings with 90VAC on top of its 48VDC.
