how do I publish an Article?

I've made an article but it says "not published" - Am I waiting for moderator approval, or is there some final step to publish it? I can't find a "publish" button.

Hi... It takes about two days for articles to be published... Moderators or EM has to check it first.....

I went through this when I published my tutorials...
