Hi guys, I have designed a Microcontrollers development board and I want to be able to keep components (the Capacitors and resistors) on both sides, the top and bottom side of the PCB to reduce the overall size of the PCB. I have designed this PCB on EasyEDA. How do I do this?

Thank you.

How to put a component on the bottom layer?
There are two ways to do this.

  1. If your active layer is the bottom layer, then every component you place will be placed on the bottom layer automatically.
  2. You can place a component then select it and change its layer attribute to Bottom layer in the right hand panel.

ok, so I select the component and in component attributes, I select Top layer and Bottom Layer under layers correct?
