I'm working a data acquisition system that needs to capture a large number of TLL signals at once. The max bus width is 24 bits. To avoid exposing my microcontroller to dangerous transient voltages, I need an IC that can provide ESD protection for all 24 lines. Additionally, I need to have any undershoot voltage of -0.5 Volts or lower clamped before it can reach the microcontroller.

So far I found an ESD protection array by Littelfuse Inc (TVS ARRAY ESD 14 INPUT 16-DIP) that covers the ESD threat. Does anyone know of other ESD protection arrays with DIP packages that will clamp undershoot voltages? I've checked around but only alternatives either have SMT packages or only cover 1 or 2 lines each.
