High side driver / switch help

Hi, Im building an inverter that runs from rectified mains - 325Vdc. The high side IGBT's need to be isolated from their drive circuit due to the voltage difference.

I have already designed and built a circuit that runs them by a transformer with very little delay times but can only operate between 40 to 80kHz.

I want my inverter to be multipurpose and run at any frequency up to 80kHz and be able to turn each IGBT on independantly. I only need to supply about 10mA to my driver so dont need something high power. I want a low cost solution and something that gives me a maximum of 300ns delay times, the parts need to be easily availiable in the UK and the signal voltages must be 15V.

thanks
