High Profile PLCC Socket

Where can I find a high profile 68 pin PLCC surface mount socket? board contacts have to be on the inside of the socket due to the close proximity of vias on the board. I can't seem to find anything much over 4.572mm, looking for at least 9 mm. Our emulators keep falling out of the sockets. Maybe there is another option...

Searched digikey, jameco, allelectronics, mouser, tyco, and who knows what else. Been on google for over 2 hours now.
 
Found some PLCC height extenders, wonder if those would do any good. They'd probably just fall out too.
