Hi can anybody help

Hi I am trying to fix my Mig there is two resistors I would like to replace with 1 if possible can anybody help

Does that say 100R on them and are they in parallel ? If so you need a 50ohm 20W resistor.

rx21-8w 100rj and they are side by side
so, that's 50 ohms and 16 watts, closest match will be 51 ohms 20 watts... it will most likely be a ceramic resistor of similar style to the one next it, but bigger.
 
A 25W aluminum resistor placed off-PCB on the housing as a heat sink might be a good idea to save the rest of the board.
