Help

I'm new to Proteus.
I'm making a simple circuit of LCD interfaced with AT89C51.
I've made a program for the same in assembly language.
But when running simulation in the Proteus, it displays nothing, not even the cursor.
I don't know where the problem is.
If anyone can help me I'll be very thankful to him.
Here i've attached the design and my code.
