Help with PCI

PCI cards have both 3.3 and 5. The 3.3 is available on pins 20,21,25,27,31,33,36,,41,39,43,45,53,54.

You should double check, i might have mistyped 1 or 2 -- or my book is wrong.
 
you can also take the 3.3 volts from the orange (may depend on psu) wire on the mainboard plug of the psu

On the computer im working on there is orange and black wires connected to the riser which supply power. And the expansion slots are connected to the riser. I thought the orange wire was Power Good and black grounded so I dont know which wire gives the PCI the 3.3 volts it needs.
