Can anyone suggest a suitable replacement for this transistor ?

It has D977 imprinted on it...It's in the T0220 case style.

So I figure 2SD977

I thought if I could come up with a few suggestions, I might try to order it online. Maybe from MCM electronics or a similar online vendor. Thanks !
