Help please Busker amp ARTEC 20 watt

No I can't find any detailed circuit information for this amp
I think it's just become a cabinet with a 20 watt speaker and tweeter as new
Anyone any ideas to wire in a two channel amp that'll run on twelve volts or something
 
To be fair, there's probably very little wrong with it - but without a schematic we can't tell you what to check. The obvious blown part is probably a protection diode, which makes me wonder what's been done with the fuse?.
 
The components are so small and I can't see any solder points
I wondered if to snip the burned component out the way leaving the two connection pins showing a wire what to them
The fuse on the power supply stayed ok
