Help, no start on a Chinese welder

I have an Amico MTS-185 that is not turning on. The power switch is lighting up but that is all, no front panel lights. and nothing burnt. Getting the power to the board and the capacitors have power but don't know where to go from there. I was welding with it then left it on for an hour while I did something else when I came back it had not front panel light and was dead. Please, any help you can give. here are some pics of the two boards.
