Help... need to build a heart rate receiver

Hi,
I'm trying to build a heart rate receiver. I'm using the Polar heart rate transmitter which sends 5kHz signals. However, I don't have a clue about the circuit of the heart rate receiver. Could anyone help me and provide me the circuit schematic? Thank you very much.
