Hello, I wanted to build a bridge H.

my engine will be aliemntados the 8v, and consumes 700mA or more.

I liked your opinion to know that transistor should I buy to make the bridge!

I buy TIP31C, TIP41C. . . etc. ..

What do you recommend?

Ingrish en sppeeking the language
to good.
For q to be adequate use ohm's law and crack open a few electronc books,
instead of bothering us with lazy answers.

What's the surge current?

You could even use the BC338 and BC328 if the surge is under 1A or so but I think it's worse than that.

The TIP32 and TIP31 would probably be better.

it's called a H-bridge anyway.
I built one myself using relays, but they're power overkill. How about buying a cheap L293D?

The L293 only has a maximum output current of 600mA and he needs 700mA.

I don't know, since he only needs one, it might be possible to parallel two channels to increase the current rating. All the transistors are on the same die so should be well matched and be at the same temperature so current sharing should be pretty good.
