Hello Everyone,
I was wondering if anyone can give me any tips on identifying the part below. The part itself has printed "C3866 / '69". I searched this via Google but had no luck. Does anyone have any tips?

Put the missing prefix on the transistor - try 2SC3866

I doubt it was a guess. Experienced people just know lots of stuff. That's kinda what they mean by experienced.

The prefix "2S" is omitted on all transistors like 2SAXXX, 2SBXXX and 2SCXXX.
