Help identifying the component?

I have a quad charger that is split into 4 separate sections and one section doesn’t charge anymore. I have located what I think is a thermistor and on the shrink tube it says 125degrees C. I cut the shrink tube and it s a 33ohms resistor. I am including pictures of it. Please help me identify it. So, it should test at 0.4 ohms and probably go up in resistance with the rise in temp, instead it's OC

. On the board it clearly says R for resistor. But it has to be a special one.

Nothing special about it - it is a 0.33 ohm fusible resistor.

If it is reading 0.4 ohms on your meter then it is OK.

There are 4 of them on the board and the good ones read that. The one I need is reads open.
I thought the orange orange silver gold and green was 33ohms but I guess the green is nothing important so without that, it does read 0.33ohms.
Would this one do?

As it's a fusible resistor, it should be replaced with a fusible resistor - it's a protection device.

eg.

1W-F33

0.33Ω, 1W Metal Oxide Flameproof Resistor (5 pack)

What are the dimensions of the body, length and diameter?

ps. The third band in the coding is silver, which is a "-2".

I don't have it with me right now but it is roughly 1/2 inch long by .20 give or take type through hole and it is in some sort of shrink tube that says 125 degrees celsius
