Help for designing PCB board...

Label should work depending on what program you´re using, but the ground symbol is definitely better for quick understanding of the circuit.
 
The ground symbol is more typical.

There are also symbols for different power. VCC, VEE, VDD, +5V, +3.3V etc.

A symbol is often used if there are many of the same net.

Labels also work fine and are used when there are only a small number of that net. (D0, Din, Reset, etc.)
 
If there is a built in ground symbol, I would use it
Because there is usually other net attributes already configured
So that it will be recognized by the pcb routing program as a special
Ground signal.
