Help finding replacement part

Hi, I need to replace a broken LCD on an iontophoresis device (Empi, Dupel). It's a 1x2 " LCD, with 20 pins at the bottom. On the back, it says: STANDISH 9216767600040301 .
I tried to find it with Google, but no luck. I assume it's a discontinued part. Does anyone have any idea how I could find this LCD? Thanks!

It's probably a custom LCD display, just about no chance you'll ever find a replacement.
