I want to design a h bridge which can drive 400 watt dc servo motor.
I ant to use only n-mosfet in this design.

And your question would be?? There are more than enough h-bridge circuits out there on the net for you to get started, come back once you have a basic schematic.

Plz help me to built the H BRIDGE WITH ONLY N MOSFET.
